About Us

When I started my Sewing School in June 2007, it quickly came apparent that students were finding it difficult to source haberdashery so I decided to start an online haberdashery. I hope that you will find everything you need but if there is anything you need that is not available online, please contact me via customercare@rebeccashaberdashery.co.uk.
For more information about courses I offer at my Sewing School please visit www.rebeccawoollard.co.uk.

The Flowerpot is in Hatfield Heath, near Bishop's Stortford (approx. 5 miles). It is located on The Heath, just off the main road (A1060), ground floor of the pink building to the left of The Village Tearoom/Post Office.
The village bus stop is located opposite The Flowerpot.
From Bishop's Stortford, follow the A1060 Stortford Road (Signposted Hatfield Heath/Chelmsford). As you arrive in Hatfield Heath, you will travel past the Hatfield Haven and The Thatchers pub on your left, then you will come to a T junction. Turn left and travel past the Church and Church Hall on your right and then almost immediately take the next left (just before the bus stop). You will be facing the entrance to Beehive Court and The Flowerpot will be on your right.
From Chelmsford, follow the A1060 Chelmsford Road (Signposted Hatfield Heath/Bishop's Stortford). As you arrive in Hatfield Heath there is a gradual hill and as you arrive at the the top the heath will become visable and the Hunters Meet will be on your right. Carry on past Dorringtons, the Co-op and The White Horse on your right, you will then see a bus stop, also on your right. Turn right and you will be facing the entrance to Beehive Court and The Flowerpot will be on your right.
Parking along the front of the shops is restricted to 1 hour (no return within 2 hours), 8am to 5pm, 7 days a week. For long stay parking, please use the Village Car Park (approx. 200 yards east from The Flowerpot). The entrance is located between the Countrywear Shop (Field Stream and Covert) and the Day Nursery and there are 28 spaces. In good weather, you could also park on the Church South Car Park, entrance via Church Lane on the Sheering Road (B183) and walk across The Heath. Customers who bring their own machine to courses are welcome to stop outside our shop to unload before parking, as the car parks seem a long way with a heavy machine.
